Plans are already under-way for the "Red, Hot & Blue" evening that many celebrities plan on attending, including a well-know celebrity headline act, soon to be announced. Guests will enjoy a non-stop party like no-other in Palm Beach. The 18th Annual "Lady in Red" Gala will be the last LIFE Gala to raise funds for the American Veterans Disabled for Life Memorial. The official groundbreaking of the Memorial is scheduled for November 2012.

LIFE raises funds in support of building the American Veterans Disabled for LIFE Memorial, which will commemorate the sacrifices and courage of disabled American veterans from all branches of the Armed Services throughout America's history by building the first National Memorial in Washington, DC honoring America's disabled veterans. To date LIFE has raised more than $2 million to build the nation's first and only permanent tribute to the over three million living disabled American veterans, including 53,000 who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, and the countless hundreds of thousands who have died. The Memorial will serve as a reminder to us all of what these courageous men and women have sacrificed for our freedom.
